Fried Peppers - Pimientos fritos

Image
Fried peppers It was October 1954. "Fried peppers. An incomparable delicacy." I was saying Einstein to his colleague and friend Enrico Fermi in his office in Princeton. "One morning, when I was frying peppers in the frying pan, they gave me the idea. The skin of the peppers was easily detached from the meat. The photoelectric effect. The oil heats the surface of the peppers and the skin eventually separates from the meat. The oil is the photons, the atoms are the peppers and the skin is the electrons." "What would we do without fried peppers?"

Randomness and Miracle - El azar y el milagro

Image
Randomness and miracle He was blind. He got up early that morning. He got dressed and went out into the street thinking of finding, as always, the light in his eyes. Something was telling him it was going to be a special day. When he was waiting for the traffic light sound signal to cross the zebra crossing, someone pushed him. A car hit him on the head and he fell to the ground.  When he woke up in the hospital he couldn't remember what had happened, but... he could see. It had truly been a special day, because an accident had brought back the light in his eyes.

Image
Sweet Chronicles Every morning, my owner would take me with him to the bridge of sighs. I was feeling safe inside my comfortable case. It was a sunny day and my owner was contagious me with his happiness, even though his emaciated figure betrayed his precarious situation. When we arrived at the center of the bridge, he took me out of hiding and set about performing a fragment of Bach's C minor viola concert. He is a virtuoso. He had placed the case on the floor and, from time to time, someone put there a coin. I felt sorry for him. But nevertheless, when he is touching my strings, sometimes with the softness of a caress, sometimes with a singular energy, it transported us to a unique state of ecstasy. His soft fingers, moving at a dizzying speed along my mast, were the balm I needed every day to be happy. However, something special happened that day. As we withdrew and left the bridge, brought his lips to the case I was in, and said to me in an almost impercept...

Escaping From The Outside - Escapándome del exterior

Image
Escaping from the outside When I slip through your eyes without you noticing it and take shelter in that blue, sweet and warm lake of your insides, I feel safe. I watch your efforts to find me. And you keep looking for me on the outside, when I'm actually inside you.

The Violin - Скрипка - 小提琴 - El violín

Image
The Violin A distant violin played his soul every morning. The crying of that violin was taking him to the rooms and places where the eternal dwells. But one day it stopped singing, and the bird of paradise that was coming to visit him said goodbye to him with a sad song. Since then, he is living only thinking of recovering those sounds that lent him life, sounds that was weaving with soft silk threads the robe that sheltered his soul.

The other one - El otro

Image
The Other One Today I am keeping my promise to keep him in line. I don't really know when he was born and how it was possible for him to grow up this way. It's like a visitor who lives inside and kidnaps my thoughts and feelings. The other day I realized it existed. And it was very peculiar because I had always identified with him. But that day, I don't know how it happened, I saw him separated from me, in the distance, and I realized how he was acting, hurting me and hurting others. He chatters incessantly, judging others, opening chasms to separate me from others. And when he decides to act, moving from the world of thought to the world of words, he hurts my loved ones, those around me, by making hurtful comments. He's not gonna cheat on me anymore.

Esrevinu (Universe from right to left) - Osrevinu (Universo al revés)

Image
Esrevinu (Universe from right to left) It's broad daylight and the stars hide the sun. Its brightness breaks the blue and makes it bright red. It is the implosion of the Universe and the stars are approaching us at full speed.
