Trouts
While
enjoying the feast, some trout commented on the result of their hunting.
They had
left early. They captured two adults and a young man. The adults had resisted a
bit, but in the end they were done with them. The young man was captured and
held in a grotto.
For hunting,
they had prepared with breathing systems and sophisticated search and seizure
equipment. The Species Control Centre had predicted an increase in the plague
of human beings. Instructions had been given to hunt them for a limited period
of time. They couldn't do anything with them, just exterminate them. Their meat
was not suitable for feeding the carnivorous systems that populated their sea
gardens and from which they were supplied for food.
Emerge
ashore was always an unsuspected danger. It was considered a hostile
environment. You had to have certain skills and fear was an irreplaceable
friend not to risk too much. The cities under the sea had everything they
needed, but they had leaving their cities to exterminate all the dangerous creatures,
included human beings.
They had
always thought that humans were animals without feelings or emotions, but the
young man in the cave had a special look.
Truchas
Mientras disfrutaban del festín, unas truchas comentaban el
resultado de su caza.
Habían salido temprano. Capturaron dos adultos y un joven.
Los adultos se habían resistido un poco, pero al final acabaron con ellos. Al
joven lo capturaron y lo tenían confinado en una gruta.
Iban preparados con los sistemas de respiración y los
sofisticados equipos de busca y captura. El Centro de Control de Especies había
pronosticado un aumento de la plaga de humanos. Se habían dado instrucciones
para cazarlos durante un periodo de tiempo limitado. No podían hacer nada con
ellos, solo exterminarlos. Su carne no era apropiada para alimentar a los
sistemas carnívoros que poblaban sus huertos marinos y de los que se abastecían
para su alimentación.
Salir a tierra firme siempre comportaba un peligro insospechado.
Se consideraba un medio hostil. Había que tener ciertas habilidades y el miedo
era un amigo insustituible para no arriesgarse demasiado. Las ciudades bajo el
mar tenían todo lo que necesitaban, pero tenían que dejar sus ciudades para
exterminar a todas las criaturas peligrosas, incluidos los seres humanos.
Siempre habían pensado que los humanos eran animales sin
sentimientos ni emociones, pero el joven de la gruta, tenía una mirada
especial.
