Twilight’s Flash Fiction is a space for short fiction, speculative stories and brief reflections written in English and Spanish.

The blog explores memory, time, dreams, love, loss, mystery and the strange places where reality begins to blur.

Some stories are also part of READ · WATCH · REFLECT, a project that combines reading, visual interpretation and reflection.

Behind the blog is Francisco Martínez, writer and translator, with published technical translations and a long-standing interest in fiction, technology and the possibilities of artificial intelligence in storytelling.

Algunos relatos forman también parte de READ · WATCH · REFLECT / LEER · VER · REFLEXIONAR, un proyecto que combina lectura, interpretación visual y reflexión.

Detrás del blog está Francisco Martínez, escritor y traductor, con traducciones técnicas publicadas y un interés de muchos años por la ficción, la tecnología y las posibilidades de la inteligencia artificial aplicada a la narración.

Walking Through Hell Hell is an infinite space and, in its endless hunger, it devours feelings and reduces the soul to nothing. Peace, always a blessing, hides behind the dense fog cast by hell’s shadow, until it disappears without a trace. Nothing escapes its gaze, cold as steel, nor its relentless designs. Like a black hole, it swallows everything around it and reduces it to memory. As one moves deeper into hell, the path thickens, the trails of the mind grow darker, understanding fades, and the only place left to us is solitude. Such is dementia. And the only space, also infinite, that can devour it is love.
