Two Little Houses He woke up in a wheat field. Naked. She got up, and the spikes stuck to her body to protect her. She could barely move. She stood up and saw what looked like a wooden construction. With great difficulty he walked towards that little house. The sun, warm and kind, caressed her skin, and her feet could feel the damp, soft earth. When she tried to check the distance to the little house, it seemed to her that it was further and further away. She turned around and noticed that in the opposite direction there was another little house just like the first one. She hesitated for a moment, but finally she decided to move on to the little house. But each time she looked to the house, she saw it further away. She turned again and was surprised to see that the house in the opposite direction was closer, much closer. It seemed that the floor was moving in the direction of the second house and away from the first. She dropped to the floor, closed her eyes and went back ...

The Mesh After the information provided by Benfold, Hutington got down to work. He had special traps formed by metal meshes that, activated by a spring moved by light, fell on its prey preventing them from escaping. Lilith had decided to find Benfold but did not know how. Then she remembered that she could make use of a special capacity by which, like a thermal-sound sensor, she could, by means of its orientation, perfectly locate who she was looking for. Then she knew that Benfold was in the animal facility, in one of the safest cages. What the little ones didn't know is that Huntington had set the traps to try and catch them. Lilith addressed the animalarium followed by her companions. They penetrated through a small opening in the wall, in the manner of a vent, and then the unpredictable occurred. Huntington's laughter sounded thunderous. He approached the wire mesh and found that one of the small beings had fallen into it. Lilith was trapped by the mesh. ...

The boat Swayed by the waves, the boat waits for its boatman. Eager to redraw foam and blue stelae under his loving guidance. But he doesn't arrive. She quietly counts the minutes and consoles herself thinking that sometimes it has happened. Lilith and Benfold But Benfold didn't reveal the whole truth to Huntington. Lilith had initiated a plan to return home, directly involving Benfold. What Huntington ignored was that Lilith and Benfold were old friends. Their friendship dated back to the time when Gorga had not been exploited by bird men. Returning to the facilities that Huntington had built with great effort, the lights, bright at certain times and dim at others, accompanied the beings of the animalarium. Benfold Huntington entered the animal facility and hurried to the glass urn at one end of the huge room. He was pleased to see that Benfold was looking at him calmly. It was a toad of enormous dimensions. When Huntington opened the urn, the huge toad sticked out the tongue and caressed the Huntington's face. A yellow slime impregnated his skin and Huntington experienced a very pleasant sensation. He thanked that showing of love to Benfold and began telepathic communication as they used to do every night. Benfold told him that some strange beings, of small dimensions, had entered his property. They were harmless but had frightened the dog and then they were going to try to settle somewhere else inside his house. Benfond had a gift for seeing the future and knew what Tom's friends were going to do. Lilith and the Huntington Family After escaping from the box that those thieves had stolen, Tom's friends took refuge in a sort of wooden house, surprisingly appropriate to their size. The joy of being together in a safe place was short-lived. A Great Dane approached the little house dangerously, his little house. Lilith, in an attack of hysteria decided to face the enormous dog and came out of the darkness showing herself openly and shouting strange phrases that made the great dog flee. The dog's owner, Mr. Huntington, saw through the window that something was wrong with the dog, and rushed out, thinking that the dog had reacted to something or someone. He went directly to the animal facility, where he had managed to collect hundreds of batrachians, his greatest treasure. He wanted to protect them at all costs, because he had managed to communicate with them and they had revealed incredible secrets.
