The Dawn

The dawn breaks, and its lament reaches the edges of the Earth, where the stars fall never to return, where thoughts are so heavy that they unbalance the world and make it turn around the Moon while the Sun watches them. And when the dawn slides along the blue wall of infinity, its trail stretches all the way to midnight, only to begin again its magical journey each day.






El alba

El alba se rompe y su lamento llega hasta los límites de la Tierra, allí donde las estrellas caen para no volver nunca, donde los pensamientos pesan tanto que desequilibran el mundo y hacen que la Tierra gire alrededor de la Luna mientras el Sol las contempla. Y cuando el alba resbala por la pared azul del infinito, su estela se prolonga hasta la medianoche para iniciar de nuevo su mágico paseo de cada día.

  Sparks of Light Each of us is a spark of light brief as a blink, yet dazzling in its moment. Though it lingers longer than a flicker, even eternity must come to an end when the sparks awaken and see that eternity is merely memory’s invention. And then—beyond eternity— comes the eternal now. Time does not flow, for it does not exist. Only the eternal present remains, with no beginning, and no end.   Chispitas de luz Cada uno de nosotros es una chispita de luz. Dura un instante, pero es un instante fabuloso. Aunque dura un poco más que una chispita, la eternidad también agota su tiempo, desaparece cuando las chispitas de luz se dan cuenta de que la eternidad es un invento de la memoria. Y entonces, después de la eternidad viene el eterno presente. El tiempo no fluye, porque no existe. Lo que existe es el eterno presente. Y el eterno presente no tiene fin ni tampoco un principio.
